Springtime is Coming

and with it our already regular trips to the park increase in frequency.  I am a big believer in that old, faintly Spartan (definitely presbyterian) 'fresh air is good for you' attitude. Along with, 'there's no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing' -- which is why, given half a chance, we'll take Mister G to the park bundled up the same three hit combo of waterproof suit, red wooly hat and mittens to let him enjoy the quieter playground that early mornings and adverse weather conditions provide.

G clambers about and pokes stuff and periodically faceplants in the bark chippings, and we count the signs of spring.




blossom // snowdrops // catkins // parkour baby practices
primary colours // magnolia trees are budding already (is it really time for that?) // an ombré feather

  3. Bring on the spring! Snow is fine and all that but nothing beats spring. More fun for bambinos too.
