We were in Toys R Us looking for one of those long rolls of paper and some new crayons and instead happened upon quite the creepiest of things:
Have you seen these terrifying toddler dolls? And they're called 'best friends' which conjures up images of a child and his expressionless silicone playmate, methodically plucking the eyes from teddy bears whilst humming off-key Victorian nursery rhymes. Eeeesh.
Mister G thought they were real, said hello in his customary face/palm manner and leaned in for a hug. Most confusing.
I considered buying two to place at the foot of our bed one morning just to freak the hell out of PA but decided that the momentary humour wasn't worth having them under our roof.
